100bp DNA Ladder--1000ul

Description: 100 bp DNA Ladder consists of 11 DNA fragments ranging in size from 100-1500 base pairs (bp). 6µl will yield at least 30 ng DNA in any single band. The intensity of the 500 bp band has been increased to serve as a reference for easy identification. . This ladder can also be used side by side with the 100 bp-50 DNA Ladder (Cat. No. M109) for more accurate estimation of the size your DNA fragments. Usage: Add at least 6µl 100bp DNA Ladder directly to wells designated for markers.
