TumorGreen is a nanoparticle fluorescent in vivo blood vessel leakage imaging agent. TumorGreen enables imaging of circulation,blood vessels, vasculature, vascular leak, including that associated with various stage s of oncologic and opthalmologic lesions. Material Contents TumorGreen: Each vial contains 500 µL TumorGreen at a concentration of 2µG/µL, in 1xPBS. The TumorGreen solution has been filtered through a 0.2 µm filter. This material provides sufficient reagent for imaging approximately 5 mice (weighing ~20-25 grams each) when using the recommended dose of 200 µG of TumorGreen per mouse.
